How We Work (Transparent Deal Structure)

We’re not a factory—we’re your production partner. Here's how we make it make sense for both of us:

  1. Flat Setup Fee
    Covers initial consulting, sourcing, tech pack creation, and early-stage development work. Starts at $750 and varies by complexity.

  2. Vendor Management Fee
    We charge a 10–15% fee on production orders we help coordinate. This covers project management, vendor communication, and QC.

  3. No Hidden Markups
    You’ll see your vendor invoices directly. We don’t mark up materials or inflate production quotes.

  4. Aligned Incentives
    We only get paid when your product moves forward. That keeps us accountable and you in control.
